🌿 About Our Teas

Q: Where are your teas grown?
A: Many of our herbs are grown right here in our gardens in Kemp, Texas. We proudly harvest, dry, and blend in small batches with care.

Q: Are your teas organic?
A: Yes. We use certified organic and Kosher ingredients in all our blends. Quality is never compromised—only pure, trustworthy herbs make it into your cup.

Q: Are your teas imported?
A: No imports. We grow what we can ourselves and source the rest from trusted American farms and suppliers.

Q: Are your teas gluten-free and vegan?
A: Yes! All our teas are naturally gluten-free and 100% plant-based.

Q: Are your teas caffeine-free?
A: Many of them are. Each product listing will tell you whether the blend contains caffeine.


🍵 How to Brew & Use

Q: How much tea should I use per cup?
A: Use 1.5 to 2 teaspoons per 8 oz of hot water, unless otherwise noted.

Q: How long should I steep your teas?
A: Most blends do best steeped 5–7 minutes. We include brewing instructions with each tea. Never steep your teas over 15 minutes as they will become bitter,

Q: Can your teas be served iced?
A: Absolutely. Many of our blends taste amazing over ice—just brew double-strength and pour over.

Q: How many cups will one bag make?
A: Each 2 oz bag yields roughly 15–20 cups or more depending on how strong you like your tea.

💛 Health & Safety

Q: Are your teas safe for pregnancy or nursing?
A: Some may be, others may not. Please consult your healthcare provider before using herbal teas while pregnant or breastfeeding. As a registered nurse and certified herbalist, we strive to include all precautions on our teas but always consult your OBGYN before consuming teas, and this applies to nursing mothers as well.

Q: Do you offer teas for specific health needs?
A: We offer blends that support wellness—like respiratory, digestive, anti-inflammatory, pain relieving, or calming teas—but we don’t make medical claims.

Q: Are your teas made by herbalists?
A: Yes! All blends are formulated by a Certified Herbalist and a Registered Holistic Registered Nurse with a master's degree from the University of Texas and 18 years of experience.

Q: Can I drink your teas daily?
A: Most can be enjoyed daily. Always follow recommended usage and consult your provider if you have health conditions.


📦 Orders & Shipping

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Micronesia, or the Marshall Islands. International shipping is not available at this time.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Standard orders typically arrive in 3–8 business days depending on your selected shipping option and your postal service.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: We don’t offer local pickup at this time, but we do sell at markets in Texas—follow us on Facebook for updates!

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Not at this time. Shipping rates reflect real carrier costs to keep our tea prices fair.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.


🔁 Returns & Payments

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Unopened and unused items in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. However, due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened tea products.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?
