This slow, hands-on method infuses the beans with deep, rustic smoke while preserving the smooth, clean profile of a true medium roast.
Expect rich tasting notes of toasted hickory, warm oak, dark caramel, roasted nuts, and subtle campfire spice. Every sip delivers the feeling of a fireside morning—bold, comforting, and naturally smoky without harshness or bitterness.
