This slow, traditional method is rare and time-intensive, creating a smooth, naturally sweet medium roast with warm, gentle smoke.
Expect rich tasting notes of toasted cherrywood, vanilla, dried cherry, oak, and subtle spice. Each sip feels like a quiet campfire morning—comforting, clean, and never bitter.
