This slow, traditional smoking method is rare and time-intensive, creating a smooth, naturally sweet medium roast with warm maple character and gentle smoke.
Expect rich tasting notes of toasted maple, caramel, vanilla, oak, and subtle spice. Each sip feels like a cozy campfire morning—comforting, clean, and never bitter.
Most so-called “smoked” coffees rely on artificial flavoring. Ours never does. Every batch is handcrafted in micro quantities using real wood, real beans, and real American hands. Truly premium, truly rare.
