Order Information and Status
Every order placed through our website is saved to your account for easy reference and review. To check the status of your order at any time, simply visit My Account and view your Order History. You will also receive email updates whenever your order status changes, including when your package has shipped.
Our Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. All of our teas and accessories are backed by our customer satisfaction guarantee. In addition, tea accessories are covered by a 30-day no-fault warranty.

All approved returns should be carefully packaged and sent back with the original packaging and packing slip. After receiving a return authorization number, please mail your return to:

Overall Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not pleased with a tea for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. If we made a mistake with your order, we will correct the problem as quickly as possible.
If the tea was not what you expected, you may return the unused portion within two weeks of delivery. Once received, we may issue either a refund or a store credit toward your next order. The amount of the refund or credit will be based on the value of the returned portion.
Return shipping costs will be reimbursed only if we made a mistake in filling your order and our staff requested that the product be returned.
