Welcome to The Leaf and Cup. By accessing our website or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Ordering and Payment

All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout process. Because we offer small-batch products, availability may be limited. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days from our shop in Kemp, Texas. We currently ship within the continental United States using USPS Ground. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping times may vary and can be affected by holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Status

Every order placed through our website is saved to your account for your reference. You may review your order history and current order status by visiting My Account. You will also receive email notifications when your order status changes, including when your order has shipped.

Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. All of our teas and accessories are covered by our customer satisfaction guarantee, and tea accessories are also covered by a 30-day no-fault warranty.

If you are not satisfied with a tea for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. If we made an error with your order, we will correct the problem promptly. If the tea was not what you expected, you may return the unused portion within two weeks, and we may issue either a refund or a credit toward your next order based on the value of the returned portion.

Return shipping costs will be reimbursed only if we made a mistake in filling your order and our staff requested the product return.

Please include the original packaging and packing slip, and place the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
